The project was designed by Atelier A8000, a renowned architectural studio with more than 30 years of experience in architecture and project design.

Every detail has been carefully considered to make the most of this exceptional location and create an environment that feels bright, peaceful, and naturally connected to its surroundings throughout the year.

The project is developed by SHD Real Estate, a Prague-based development company whose management team has extensive experience delivering residential projects across Europe.

A focus on modern architecture and efficient construction ensures a high standard of quality and long-term value.

The development offers a wide range of layouts, from studio apartments (1+kk) to three-bedroom apartments. Using modern materials, each home is designed to provide comfortable and practical living spaces.

Private balconies, terraces, and selected units with gardens naturally extend the living space outdoors, creating an inviting setting for relaxation and outdoor dining.

All buildings are oriented to the south or west, providing apartments with abundant natural light and, in most cases, open views of the lake and surrounding landscape.

Each apartment includes a parking space in a secure underground garage and a private storage unit. The development also features bicycle storage and EV charging stations.

Selected ground-floor premises are planned for a restaurant, refreshments, and sports facilities.
